This hand painted oil clutch is infused with actual Black Tourmaline Crystal powder and is created to evoke the beauty of the natural stone. Painted with low or no voc paint with a textured and pearlescent finish that is unique to each piece. Each clutch will vary due to the hand-made process, but will be similar to photos. Holds six 10ml bottles, four 15ml bottles + one sanitizing spray. Can also hold 5ml bottles.
